I have the 1999 Grizzly and at 6,000 feet above sea level I'm able to top it out at 55 mph, but 52 is its continous top speed. My dealer says that there's a rev limiter, which can be over ridden, which will make the top speed quite a bit higher.

I read in an earlier post that the dealer said there is a rev limiter? anyone know how to modify/adjust this? to get more top end?

I have got our grizz up to 61. But i don't think the rev limiter is the problem. The clutch kit from highlifter would probably give you more top speed and acceleration. Does any one have experience with the clutch kit from highlifter?

Its me again, I stand corrected by my own self. My Grizzly got up to a constant 57 mph at 5,000 feet above sea level on a dirt road today.
