Shop Manual = $40
Remove the cylinder head. (Properly, following shop manual.) DIY= $0
.020 milled off cylinder head @ machine shop= $25 - $40
New head Gasket = $10 ???
Torque wrench = $15- $40
Reinstall cylinder head. DIY= $0

Milled head equals higher compression, equals more power. Worked great for me. Best bang for the buck I ever did on my Blaster. You will most likely need to run the higher quality gas (92+ octane, non-oxygenated), which you should be doing anyway.

Hope this helps!

Well, personly, the PC does not give you what they promise. But get some Boyseen Carbon fiber duel stage reeds, not a rad valve for under 100.

YES, I HAVE TO LEAN EVEN MORE FORWARD WHEN CLIMBING HILLS. YOU SHOULD PUT A 14 TOOTH FRONT SPOCKET.

I think one of the cheapest things you can do is buy boisen power reeds I got some and they made my Blaster run faster and have better throttle response.
