I am thinking of trading in my Warrior for a new quad and I am stuck with that age old question. Raptor or Banshee. Which one of these awesome machines is right for me? I don't know which one would be better.

Don't know what type of conditions you will be riding in. If you have been happy with the Warrior, the Raptor is a 100% improvement. You are going to love the power the Raptor produces even in stock form. Chet

banshee definatly, it accelerates faster and looks a lot better than a raptor and if u mod it, it will go faster than a raptor ever will.

i like my banshee it is the best machine i ever owned!!!!! be smart get the banshee it also costs 1 thoushand dollars less, u could get fmf silincers and pipes and probly a white bros boost bottle and then for the price you would pay for a raptor your banshee would be going faster than the raptor and it will excel a lot faster to.get the banshee trust me

660cc's thats an awful big number.....it must be the fastest
um.. no, too bad most are under that impression. some say that a stok rapter will take a banshee and i might could believe that but put a few hundred into both of em and see who comes out first, id go with the banshee

These bikes are so different that the choice should be easy. Like to drag race? Get the Banshee! Like to ride the track and trails? Get the Raptor!

Shouldn't be a difficult choice at all. Personally, I bought the Raptor because I like to jump and ride trails with really technical hill climbs. We have climbs that Banshees have never made it up. The problem is that the Banshees don't have enough low end power to gingerly go up a steep hill while maneuvuring around trees and rocks.

Good Luck! (get the Raptor)

I just bought a raptor and I love it. I used to have a banshee and I loved that and I went through many sleepless nights debating this exact situation.

I bought the raptor, because, well....it is the new bad boy on the block. I don't have a doubt that dollar for dollar you can mod them both and the banshee will beat it. I don't really care to be honest. I wanted a really nice solid bike that had plenty of low end power and the raptor has all that and more.

I remember with the banshee, one night I was out riding in an area that I used to frequent and climbing a hill and jumping off it, when I hit it with a little too little rpm and it fell on its face and I ended up falling on mine and the bike came back on me and it hurt like hell.

It was my error all the way and I loved and still do love the banshee, but I like the slower hill climbing ability of the 4 stroke, in particular the raptor.

It is a tough choice, but I think if you are riding trails mostly, then the raptor is the best choice, but if it is dunes and wide open fire roads, then the banshee is probably best.

get the raptor if you trail ride or race. get the banshee if you ride in wide open spaces like dunes and in the desert. the banshee is a great quad if you are not in tight spaces where the lack of low end hurts it. the raptor is great for tighter spaces but lacks that banshees top-end. you never did tell us where you would be riding.
