E-series without spark arrestor?

On my E-series can i make it straight through? Will this give any power increases or decreases? I've heard of ppl doing it but have never seen it. thanks

Well, it depends a lot on where, what, and how you ride. You will not necessarily see a decrease or increase in performance. The pipes are designed for the spark arrestor on. If I were you, I would try adding more discs. This way, you have more flow-out. Every bike has its sweet spot and it is up to you to find it. Re-jetting and adding and subtracting discs is a good place to start before you rip out that arrestor.

I like it a lot. First gear does not seem to whine out as fast. Good and cheap investment. Good luck w/ that WB. I love mine. Everyone says that the 300 is a sleeper when stock, that is true. Mine came awake with re-jetting and a pipe. What a world of difference. Take care.
