My rear shocks rebound adjustment was toast and took the shock to the dealer to see what would happen. Well it is exactly 1 week later and got a brand new shock from Yamaha.

 

sweet did they give you a piggy back or a regular 2001 shock?

 

2001 shock. Asked for the 2002 but didn't get it.

 

Had mine replaced too for a bad compression adjustment. Got my new Elkas so I have a brand new rear shock that had never been pulled from the packaging material except to take a digitial picture. Put it on e-bay but didn't sell it. Planning to put it back on sometime this weekend.
