I just got my DUSE back(one month later)
Turns out there was a broken fabric washer on the drive
clutch,it would come up like a knife and cut the belt.
It also had heat cracks on the clutch

Now polaris wouldent pay for the labor even though it's been on record that theres a problem with the belt breaking. They said
the heat cracks are from running it to hard,it heats up to much.
Has nothing to do with loseing 7 belts due to a washer(thats not why it heated up???)

Well I'm gonna run it for a few hundred miles to see if theres any more problems.
Then I'll install the Heelclickers clutch kit
that arrived yesterday

What the F--- is polaris saying they have a duty rating in the manual, say 50% duty rating? I can't believe that BS of running it too hard, I hope you were at least getting the belts for free.
