Hello everyone,

Would anyone know what the factory settings are for the mixture screws on the carburetors for the Raptor? Like, how many turns out should the screws be? Also, can anyone tell me
what the adjustment screw is up at the top and between the 2 carburetors? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

IronBear

Been a long time since I had factory settings but I believe the fuel mix screws were between 2.5 and 3 turns out. The screw in the middle between the carbs should be the screw used to synch the carbs, none of us out here has had any luck in adjusting it

I think evrybike is different..the carbs are adjusted by the way they flow best so each carb is a little different. My carbs were 4.25 turns on the left and 3 turns on the right. If i were you i would leave them alone...they are set correctly from the factory...or if you do mess with them write down the origianal setting somewhere. the sycronizing screw i wouldn't touch with a 10 ft pole...REALLY DON"T DO IT!

CARB HELL!!!

to be safe 3 turns out on both should be fine

Joey is right on the carb synch screw, dont go there. But the mixture screws are something most of us tweak, just make sure you record where they were to start, they only control the fuel circuit up to 1/4 throttle (if even that much)
