My new 700 sportsman came in today! I always said "When I grow up, I'm going to get some really cool toys"!.... Well, This is one cool toy! I must be all grown-up now. I was so excited that I had to tell everyone...... I'll let ya'll know what I think about it after I ride it a few days.

scareyfast,

Don't wait a few days..........we want to know after your first excursion on it. I understand that the winch mounts in the front bumper........give us any details on how it goes in and how it looks once installed. It would be cool if you could take pics of your winch after it is installed. Anyway, congrats on the 700.....I go visit the local dealership about every other day and do the same old drool routing, and I'd like to know more real-world knowledge on it from someone who owns one. Thanks.

Waylan

Scaryfast-don't leave us hanging. Inquiring minds want to know even the smallest details. Smoke any raptors or ds 650's?

well, here's my review after today.... AWSOME!!! I am still takeing it easy for now {proper break in}but so far I love it. A whole lot of power is an understatement. In low range, just flick the gas and the beast shows you all of that massive torque. In high range it feels like there will be no end as I can reach 40 mph in a heartbeat!(thats as fast as i have run her, for I am a firm believer in breaking in properly}. I've only got a couple hours on it so far, but after around ten hours I will be able to tell more about it. I had heard that the steering would be hard, well thats not the case with mine. My only possible concerns so far... the shift lever is stiff, makeing it kinda hard to get in the position I want and I think it is gonna be a gas hog. Other than that, I can't get this smile off my face!
