yes i put a prodesign proflow on my raptor. i recommend it. you have to cut a few tabs out of the airbox and lid but nothing major.

I put a ProDesign/K&N/Outerwear on mine. Make sure you rejet, even with a stock pipe. I picked up the K&N Stage 2 kit for $70, I hear Rocky Mountain hasit for $50. The jet kit comes with new needles, main jets, diaphram springs, and excellent instructions how to put it all together. For the carb boots, check to make sure the clamps are tight and richen up the idle mixture and you'll be all set. Congradulations on the new ride.

ive got the foam and i didnt need to rejet mine. i made no modifications to the airlid or box for flow. i did the mod for a piece of mind standpoint. i hear the foam filter is the better choice for dusty or sandy conditions. ive experienced no performance gain at all, even though i didnt expect too. if you went with the k&n you might, then you might need to rejet too.

I also have the pro design set and like it very much. As far as the carb fix problem... I used zip ties and haven't had them blow off yet.
