In the pipe shoot out, the SPARKS made the most HP,but the TCRACING pipe made the most HP in the RPM range that you need it.TC--> 814-723-3514

You should also consider the white brothers e-series. I think it won that shootout, but would have to double check.

I personally have FMF on my 300EX and my 250R. I am going to switch to ESR or Sparks on the R, and a Sparks on the EX if i keep it. Go for Sparks! I have heard very good things about the TC System.

I am not sold on White bros. pipes, my friend has the full pro meg system on his 300EX and my other friend has a stock 300EX and I had a 250X with a slip on PC pipe. Both the stock EX and my X seemed to have more power through out the entire RPM range. The white bros. pipe just seemed to be pretty loud and not that much power. ALSO he has a K+N filter and it's properly jetted too so I don't know I just don't like white bros. I think the PC pipe is excellent, I know this is for a 400EX but I just thought I would share my experiences.

Killer raises a good point. I have also ridden 400s with the Pro-Circuit T4. It would also be an excellent choice IMHO.

I have an E-series on my 400EX with 18 discs and a 165 main. In drag races with friends I can beat my friends EX with a Pro Circuit T4 and pull dead even with another friends stock Banshee.
Combo: No airbox lid
165 main jet
42 pilot jet
Needle moved up one position
White Bros. filter
E-series 18 discs
Also it's not anywhere near as loud as the T4 system.
