I was just wondering if 750$ is a good price to buy a 1986 Trail Boss at? All that i have heard is wrong with it is that it needs a new brake cable and that its burns oil a little. All that it has ever done is drag their sand beach and ride a few trails but very rarely. Any info would be greatly thanked.

Per NADA
4 Wheel ATV
Model: TRAIL BOSS
Piston Displacement (CCs): 244
Stroke: 2
Cylinders: 1
Speeds: V/A
Dry Weight: 440
Low Retail: $465
Average Retail: $610
High Retail: $650

I use NADA for a general guide only on this type of stuff. I sold a 92 Polaris watercraft nearly double NADA's suggestion. It's up to you and your area demand in the long run. And, I don't know any different, but according to this, it's a 2 stroks, and naturally burns "a little oil". So, if that's the case, does it burn more than normal?
