I want to see you race a Cannondale FX400 or the Speed.
That would be a good race!

Azelmo,
Race me, Race me !
Around here there are no super fast Polaris's to race. Maybe if I head to Haspin soon I'll find one. I'd like to race a 400L like I did have, just for "old times sake" !

What go fast mods did you do to your quad that makes you a little faster than a Raptor & was it stock? I have the 12:1, trail port & pipe /clutch, reeds, 39mm carb all from HPD. A lesbian on a stock Raptor wants to drag race me so I was wondering how I'd do. Nothing against Lesbians or anything but I didn't want to get beat buy one. I could just imagine all the ribbing I'll get. I live in a small very rural country area so a Lesbian out here is a big deal.
Thanks

Hey lesbians are people too, I happen to be one myself....er, well, I mean I like women too. One of the better less expensive drag mods you can do is the gearing change. Not sure on the trail mod, but maybe try dropping down two teeth and give it a try. Where the Polaris race mod accels is the fast times from 0-30mph......don't go snoozin' on the line, cause then she will have ribbin' rights.

Good Luck
Ken By the way those vids are sweet!!!!! Check 'em out.

I just guess it's a little depressing that it takes a 15:1, race gas, I assume race porting etc etc to beat a, I assume stock Raptor. What the hell are we going to do once they add a pipe to it, go to nitros to beat 'em. I was hoping that you were using the 12:1 trail porting & were slightly beating them so that when the Raptors are slightly modified, exhaust, air filter etc(the cheap stuff) that we could then step up to the 15:1 race porting to beat them but we're already there. Oh well.

My 400 is all trail mod...pipe,porting,carb..I just put a 15.5:1 dome in it to play when I had the 12:1 dome it I has getting beat by 4 or 5 lengths....I seen Eric B.(fasterthangas) give a Raptor a big head start
and then run him down, then pass him by many lengths by the end.
His 400 at the time was a HPD race mod(old hpd race pipe) on gas.
One of the raptors had a exhaust but as you can see in the video it wasnt any faster than the stock one.
