Which are the best shocks for big air

My bud was wondering which shocks where best for big air. He has a 400ex and he said that they bottom out alot.

i got elka tripple rates all the way around and they work great for me and im a big guy the have never bottomed on me and i regularly do 20 foot high jumps

Elka is the way to go. Big jumps, Big guy, no problem.

I'm from Winchester KY.
What about you.
Where do you usally ride at. I usally ride at Livingston. It's down around london if you don't know where it is. What do you ride. I ride a 2001 Kawasaki Lakota sport soon to be traded for a 400ex.

I will have to back up the Elkas also. I am also a big guy (250lbs) that rides mx and my elka shocks work great. As far as after market shocks go, anything is better than stock. Just depends much money you are willing to drop.

Good racers have PEP ZPS. Have him get them from www.baldwindmotorsports.com Mark is a good guy to deal with. If he seriosly wants BIG air pep and axis are the only 2 choices!
