Any of you guys out there with this pipe on this bike tell me all of the power gains right from the bottom to the top. How does it look on the atv, and what color of headpipe does it have, Black or Chrome.

I went riding with a friend that has a 01' 300EX yesterday and he has a mexamax 2 on his and it's loud, i don't like loud anymore. But anyway the headpipe comes chrome but soon turns blue and green and many other colors due to the heat. I don't like the looks of it and i didn't notice much of a power gain (yes it was properly jetted) I do beleave my PC T-4 slip-on gave more of a gain then the mexamax2. MHO, Zeb

Well my best friend has one on his 300ex. He got it and it definitly made his 300ex faster than mine which is stock. But the head pipe turns many many different colors, the pipe is very loud. Now the downfalls: My friend has already been through two of them. The bolts that hold the discs in always rattle out, the insulation inside of it burns up and turns junk, the discs get very dirty also. Other than that it isnt a bad pipe, but there are a lot of other pipes out there that i would take over the megamax 2.

dude listen up,
i have a fmf mm2 on my 300ex and the first time i started it i was disappointed. it gave me power and speed but the sound of it was weak. the fmf is nothing compared to the white bros. e series. o ya i didnt even have it for a year and the stupid thin started to fall apart so i sent it back and they gave me a new one. the head pipe is kool at fist but it looks like crap if u wash it and if mud bakes on it, it just looks like rust, its chrome by the way. remember its all in wut u want.

I've got the perfect pipe for you if you want big power gains but don't want to spend that much money. I got my SuperTrapp silencer/Powroll header system from Ritter Cycle. It costs $200, comes with a black header, and never discolors. It's a great system that provides a ton of power, and it's not that loud. I have a picture of the system on my EX, if you'd like to see it. Hope this helps.
