My dealer is asking $6199 (MSRP I think) for a 2002 Foreman 450 S. I can get a Sportsman 500 for the same price (if not lower). What should I talk my dealer down to for the 450 S ? $6199 seems kinda pricy for a 450. I just wanna know what you guys think is a good price for the 450 S.

OffRder15,
$6199 is the MSRP and is too high. The 450S is selling at a dealer here in my area as advertised in today's newspaper for $5499.

Call Classic Cycles on Morse Rd. in Columbus OH. They have a #800, but I don't have it with me. They will quote over the phone. I THINK(not positive) they get $5800 for ES '02/ and $5600 for "S" '02. Go with the ES, with the 2WD/4WD capability. I've bought MANY bikes and quads from these folks, they are very pleasant to deal with before, and after the sale. They are a Honda and Kawasaki dealer. I deal with "Mark", don't know his last name.
700Guy---Was that $5495. for a 02' or '01??? Most likely a '01 WITHOUT 2/4WD.

trx450,
The $5499 is for the 2002 450S. A friend purchased his 2002 450ES at Treadway Honda in Zanesville, OH. for $5700 + tax.
