Traxter snow plow
#1
All you Traxter owners and anyone else with snowplows, I would like to here you stories, as I'm thinking of buying one for mainly plow purposes. If anyone has pictures of them going through the snow, I would like to see them, and how deep is the snow before you bogged down.

i have a bomb plow, it really works great. My lane is about 1/6 of a mile, last winter we got about 6 feet of snow. With light powder the traxter can plow about 3 feet in 2nd gear. I've busted 5 foot drifts
at around 25 mph, what a blast, you get smashed in the chest with a pile of snow. In deep or heavy snow the front end will be pulled in the opposite direction the blade is turned. The only problem i've had is getting snow in the airbox, it chokes the motor causeing it to stall at idle. This is a pain in the *** while plowing.
It would take about an hour to snowblow a foot of snow on my laneway, but with the traxter it can be done in less then 10 minutes.
