hey if you want bigger mud tires for your recon then just try the 22" gators. They fit on the stock rims and i have them on my recon and they work great in the mud and i didnt have to spend extra money on different rims. Otherwize you cant find many mud tires that fit recon stock rims.

Just so you know, you are not limited to 9" rims, when my son still drove a Recon, one day I swapped the rear rims/tires from my Wolverine on, fit like a glove, and looked awesome. The 12 inch rims really made it look sharp, and the offset was the same,so they didn't stick out or look weird. The 23" tires looked good on it,too. So I guess what I'm saying is, just check rims that have the same offset and bolt pattern (yours should be 4 x 110 ) and it will give you a lot more selection in tires.

There isn't a 23" inch tire out there that will fit on a 9" rim but like 95wolv said you can buy other sized rims as long as its the same bolt pattern. If you don't want to buy new rims then I think the best mud tire would be the Mud Claws. If you do decide to go bigger tires you should get a pipe and air filter to be able to spin them good in thick mud.
