We have some kind of weird ATV related death down here this is about a mile away from me. I've riden there a few times. You can read the story on the link but the police have found the body in the canal.

thats scary..i hope they find him and hes ok...it didn't they if his quad appeared to be crashed or anything...i'm always afraid of finding bodies in the woods when i'm riding..now i guess you'll have to worry about it too [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

That's pretty strange. Sounds like there might be some kind of foul play involved. In any event, it will probably get turned around and be blamed on the ATV's.

 

i don't see anything about atv's.....i see some crap about a car going into a store.....whats that?!

 

I guess they already changed the story on the site. Basically what happened is on Thanksgiving a family went for a ride down by the levies (spelling) they noticed that someone in the group was missing and went back to look for them, finally they found the quad and called the police. A few hours later they found the body i the canal. It is a secluded area that people like to go to go fire their guns, I think someone shoot this guy (on purpose or by mistake)and dumped the body.
