Where is the best place to get clutch kits and or springs.

I would call Rick Ritter @ 618-644-3211 or check his website out @ www.rittercycle.com He is one of those guys who will listen to what you expect, and then tell you your options, prices, and if your goals are realistic.

HPD performance is another good place to check out, I think their website is www.hpd.com but am not sure.

Both these places have good customer satisfaction from the people I know who dealt with them.
