Exhaust question

what type of exhaust pipe should i get for my 250EX? and what kind of air filter should i get?

i would recommend white brothers with a k&n power kit because it comes with jets a filter and i think an outerwear.

In would stay away from K&N and all paper filters because they don't filter out small particles as good as the twin stage foam type filters do. A power kit is good if you enjoy wasting money you can just buy a few $2 jets and a UNI filter or a TWIN AIR filter for less and in the long run you will get more because you wont have to rebuild your motor like you would with the K&N. I strongly suggest that you stay away from the K&N.

id go for a twin-air filter and a ct racing pipe. Very loud but also very powerful.

I 2nd killer on the K&N issue. For the miniscule power increase of the K&N over a UNI, Moose, or Twin-Air, it's not worth having to do complete top end rebuild (not just a piston on a 4-stroke either, you have valve seats, valve seals, and the valves themselves to worry about
