You want to beat a Raptor with a Warrior? LOL!!! Sorry to burst your bubble, but it ain't gonna happen. Beat an equally modified 400EX? Nah. Why don't you just sell the Warrior and buy a Raptor? It'll cost a butt load of money less. If you can be happy with a lot less, than yes you can make a Warrior much more fun to ride with some REASONABLE mods. You just gotta keep things in perspective. (I should know, I have all 4 of Yamaha's sport models)

Actually you can beat a raptor if the one issue of 4-wheel action if the article is right. The 500 big bore kit for the warrior is made 4-stroke tech. Am not sure if they still make this kit but it cost about $2,000 or more. It was said to do about 90 in the magizine but you know how they are on speeds.

Four stroke tech makes a 446 kit for the Worrior that is supposed to really scream. The kit includes both boring and stroking and I have heard that it makes crazy low end. I have seen this kit advertized for around $650 but it does not include any of the machine work. I will have the 446 kit in my Wolverine before next summer, so I will let you know how I like it.
