Quick survey - how much did you pay for your SP700 - no accessories or tax...

I have a local dealer that will do one for $7300 but have no reference point.

It's real simple a dealer should be in front of a firing squad if he's try to charge more than the retail price of $7399, that's not a secret price. It's fair for dealers to charge full retail on new products or ones they can't keep an inventory of though. 99 bucks off of retail ain't much, I'd be looking for the best dealer, not nessessarily the 1.25% discount, wwohhooo. I paid $7199.00 for mine when I got it on Sept. 28. Other dealers were selling the first ones they got for $7599.00. They are now going in my area for $6999.00. You always pay more when you get the first of a new model. My friend got his Sept. 28 in the morning and I got mine later that afternoon. We got the first two in our area. I have seen some posts where people said they were now paying as low as $6699.00.

Yes, that's right, it's possible to fin a 700 at 9600/9700 CAD$. I have accepted the 10,200$ price because of the very good price my dealer gave me for my old 500HO (6600 CAD$) and because I have paied it, used, at 6500 CAD$ !

There's not any dealer of any brand around these parts that will budge off the MSRP price. Then most dealers will tack on a set-up fee and freight, then tax you for all of it!! Thats why alot of people around here, travel out of state or at least 250 miles to buy a new quad. The best dealers around here as far as service goes, seems to be the worst at not wanting to deal. Heck, the local dealers won't even let a person test ride a quad until they load it into their truck!! (It's not just Polaris dealers either, it's all of them.) There are alot of use that envy those that have a great dealer thats willing to deal and that has a good service department!!! (Lucky dogs!!!)
