I was just wondering what 400ex owners think of the new suzuki?

 

Im not a EX owner but I think that the Z400 Looks pretty good except for a few little things, ex. the chain adjustment.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

I own a 400ex, 250r, and I just sold my raptor. The 400ex is a great quad but it has a dated motor. Liquid cooling is the way to go because it dissipates the heat much better. I personally think the new Suzuki will out perform the 400ex in the motor department quite easily with dual OHC and nicasil cylinder(less friction). If it handles like a Honda it will absolutely smoke it depending on the skill of the rider. I have a new Suzuki on order and I can't wait to get to the track. Selling my '88 350r to pay for the aftermarket parts for my Suzuki.
