bermbanger,
You have to remember that once you get water into the counterbalancer, you have to keep flushing it to get it all out. I had that happen to me once and it was because the hose sucked up some water. I now route the overflow/vent into the frame rail near the gas tank. it seems to have stopped the problem with the water. Keep flushing it out until you get clean oil to come out. The only other thing that could be causing it is the water pump seal leaking. If you continue to flush it ( pour oil into it and run it for several minutes, then drain, repeat as needed) and you notice you are losing coolant from the overflow bottle on the PVT air inlet, then more than likely, you have a bad seal. Trust me, take it to a dealer and let him work on it. It's a pain in the back side to get to the pump and the seal.

Its the water pump seals, I just went through that last summer. They are real easy to do and it will only cost you about $20 including oil. There is a special tool needed also, for the left hand threaded nut behind flywheel, cost about $25 I think, but my dealer lent me theirs for a night.
