OK please bear with me on this. I have worked on tractors, cars, 2 stroke cycles etc. etc. all my life but this is my first quad. My first two changes were by the dealer now I'm going for it myself. First I checked the oil today and it looks thinner and has a gas smell to it and also I hear a little "knock" when it idles kinda like a injector ping in a car. Is this normal or should I take it in to the dealer and have it looked at. Any help would be great. It has 600 miles on it. Also any oil change tips would be great also. Thanks.
