I'm planning on gettin 28x12.50x12 Outlaws, 28x9.50x12 Outlaws, Stealth Muffler, Lift Kit, Polaris Spring Kit - Front Spring Kit, Spacers, and the Front and Rear Tow Kit. I only have enough money for the outlaws and my question is can the outlaws fit on my 2001 Sportsman400 without rubbing anything?
My second question is how is Highlifter for ordering parts?
do they have a good help line?
also what rims should I get?

You will rub big time with just the tires and no lift. It wouldn't even be worth putting them on without the lift. So I would try to find the extra money or weight until you get it. Because if you get the tires without the lift, they will just take up space in your garage untill you get the lift.

As far as Highlifter I hear there good to work with, but never bought anything from them.

I would get aluminum to keep the weight down, those Outlaws weigh alot.
