wolverine brakes

i just bought a wolverine from my cousin and it doesnt have any back brakes but it has front brakes. and i was wondering if you could take one of the front brakes and put it on the back

they wolverine is a 95 model

NO!

I believe that the 95 has front and rear disc brakes like mine. If the rear caliper and rotor are still intact, buck up for a set of pads!

Your front brakes both work off of a common resevoir of brake fluid. If you undo one side, the other side will also quit working and your fluid will go everywhere. Not to mention the uneven breaking to one side. Unless you were to cap the disabled line somehow.

Bottom line, Don't do it. The majority of your stopping power is in the front and without any rear brakes you need all you can get.

If infact your missing break components and don't want to pay dealer prices, check out a atv wrecking yard for some used parts.
