I got an ac belly skid plate for christmas and I just put it on my quad. When I run the engine the skid plate vibrates so loud that it gives me a head ache. I tried putting rubber washers on the bolts and that didnt help. Anyone know how I can fix it?

 

Can anyone answer my question? Would some black tape on the bottom of the frame help?

 

I had the same problem with my belly skid vibrating against my bumper. I used a piece of inner tube between the bumper and skidplate to fix the problem.

 

Use pipe insulater or the foam from a crossbar pad (same stuff) and open it up and place it between the frame and plate
