Dune tires in snow?

hey i just got in from riding. i live in minnesota so theres snow on the ground and i was givin her hell just to get through some drifts with my LT250r. well i was wondering if anyone has tried sand tires in snow? how does it work in the snow, im going on a trip to the little sahara desert in march and was wondering if it works good in snow i'll order a pair of tires today, otherwise im going to wait till before my trip. any info would be great. thanks

I have a set of hauler's with 8 paddles. They work awesome in the snow. I am from Utah and there is no shortage of snow here. I think any brand of paddles that you choose will probably be fine, so if you don't want to spend alot of money go with the cheapest you can find.

from what i hear make sure you stay away from rocks i hear the paddles brake off easily

they wil work if your just of soft to medium snow but if it is really hard pack then the paddles can break off the people at gbc thought of this and made a really heavy duty sand tire that is designed to be run in the snow and mudd as well check them out here i heard they are really good
