Yamaha Utility ATV reliability?
#1
I am interested in purchasing the Grizzly 660 this spring, and am doing my 'home-work'.
I have heard of reliability issues with some Yamaha's in the past. Is that really an issue now with the newer models?

My brother had a 2000 Kodiak, but now he has a 660 Beige Grizzly that he traded his Kodiak in on. I have driven his Grizzly, and it is great! Smooth riding over bumps, fast acceleration. I got it up to 50 mph down a township road in no time. But the only gripe he had about his Grizz is that it is quite coldblooded. Other than that he loves it. He uses it to pull a trailerload of wood out of his 100 acres, and haul out deer in the hunting season, and zipping around in the woods. He says that the Kodiak that he used to own was very reliable. Other friends of his that owned a Kodiak never had any problems with theirs either. I know I wouldn't mind having a new Grizzly too.
