I have a rear Works performance shock on my blaster that needs the lower bearing kit. Called Works first thing Monday morning told them my problem. No big deal the whole kit was only $10.00. They had a minimum of $25 dollars so I told them to throw in a shock cover which is $14 that is close enough. They said they would ship Monday night everything they had in stock. Called today to get the UPS tracking code and for some reason the order is still sitting there waiting to be shipped. The lady gauranteed me it would be shipped tonight Wednesday! That means I am out of my planned riding this weekend. Why is it so hard for some of these companies to respect the customer. I dont get it.

No offence but,

It may be possible that you are not the only customer.

No I am not the only customer but when you tell someone at 10:30am it will be shipped that night so it will be there for the weekend and 2 days later they say it is still sitting there waiting to be shipped there is no excuse.

It just seems like alot of companies are forgetting that it is us the customers that got them where they are at today.

You sure are quick to defend the big boys. Just out of curiousity who do you work for?

I too, am just a customer.

And you are correct that alot of the big guys are losing that personal touch with thier customers.

Don't forget, the sqeeky wheel story....

I'm a ditch digger.

I am a Parts Manager for a dealership that caters to the needs of both quad and dirtbike racers throughout the South. All I can tell you is that sometimes $H!+ happens. Especially on the busiest day of the week.

Both mail order comapnies and sport involved dealers have the most orders on Mondays. It is very easy for something to go wrong when things get going fast.

I know that in your situation, you feel as though you have been done wrong. I agree, but everyone is only human, and if even a dozen people got on here saying that they to had misplaced orders from the same company on the same day,...it still comes down to a small percentage of the actual business.

It seems to me that it was just your turn.
