I see some resemblance between the two. Every couple of issues they contradict themselves. Why? Do they ever go back and reread previous test? The thread about Allen of ct should be about dirtwheels instead. Professionalism is not thier strong suit.

imadunatic- you have a point there. Dirtwheels feels your pain also. They have your march issue out before febuary has begun.

Yeah I'm wondering why it can't be written more like Motorcross Action magazine. No garbage, complete testing with accurate results, and not afraid to praise or condemn a product that deserves it. They are both owned by Hi-Torque.

its pretty easy to tell when they like something (400ex in every issue until the raptor came out?) and now what do you see in every issue? ( Raptor!)

at least they pick nice bikes eh.

I would just like to point out one time when they contradict themselves. I don't have the issue in my hands but I have it, they did a shoo-out between Raptor, 400EX and DS650. They claimed the Raptor as the best trail machine, along with everything else. Then the july issue of DW comes out and the 400EX is now not only better than the DS/Banshee/And FX400 but also better than the Raptor in the trails. The way I see it is, Big guys like Yamaha/Honda/and coming soon, Suzuki(hmm... I should say mainly Jap. manufacturers), will pay for them to preach about there quads. I know dirtbike mags do this alot. Awhile ago a dirtbike mag did a review of the KTM520 and it was an awesome bike but the supsension was "too soft, even adjusting it wouldn't help" is what they basically said. It just so happens my neighbor owns a KTM 520 and he is a big guy, and has yet to bottom out, and he has been riding for over 30 years, so you know he can ride! Dam(n) that was a long post! I guess is my point is, read the mags, just don't trust everything they say.
