Seven degrees positive, does that mean that the top of the tire is wider than the bottom or the other way around? I'm not much of a front end guy- anything more than toe adjust,I'm lost

Caster is basically the relationship of the upper and lower ball joints. Positive caster means that if you had a vertical line at the center of the hub, the upper ball joint would be behind the lower ball joint.

I am not the best at explaining these things (one reason I am not a teacher).

Camber is the inward or outward tilt of the tire basically.

Toe is the front to back relationship of the tire.

I hope this helps, it is kind of a simplification and like I said, I am not a very good person at explaining things.

Yah Bat, that was a good explanation and if i'm understanding caster adjustment correctly the upper ball joint moves fore and aft (toward the front or rear of the quad. Positive castor is toward the rear, is that right?
Sorry for the ignorence, i've been a mechanic a long time but my forte is in engine and electrical. Never tried allignment.
