I got the orange srping from RCR with no instructions. Before I just tear into this thing, any special things I need to know or tools?
What do I need to do? Remove the plastic cover and ducting, and will it be right there for me? Then what? Losen a cover plate or something?

Also, It's new and idling high after it warms up a bit. I think that's because of the K&N. Is there a low end idle adjutement on the carb?

You got it.
No special tools needed
remove cover
drive clutch is the front one and you'll see the spring
take out bolts,remove spring,replace bolts
Very easy job

Look in your owners manual for where the idle adj. screw is on the carb

Thanks. I got the orange spring and I'll wait until break in is over. Then I'll up her with a bit more grunt.
