Had one of my greese fittings fall out this past weekend. I checked the rest and all fit snug. Probally is an isolated case but since it is a new model, it might be a good idea to check all your fittings and make sure they are there. I would have never known it was missing but luckily I heard it fall and "clink" in the bed of my truck. Good luck!!! Later

When I first got my SP700 I noticed an unusual looking grease fitting on the upper control arm. It was of the type that you hammer in and not the threaded type. The first time I greased the bike the grease fitting came out when I tried to remove the grease gun collar. I went to my dealer and they gave me a threaded fitting but it would not tighten up, this being the reason Polaris decided to use the pound in type of grease fitting. I guess they didn't feel like changing the control arm. I dug through my grease fitting collection and found one that had considerably more threads than the one my dealer had given me and it tightened up just fine. This was five months ago and I have had no problems with the fitting. I do think it was a rather poor judgement by Polaris assemblers to know they had a problem and do a Mickey Mouse fix rather than fixxing it correctly and replacing the upper control arm.
