how many acres are there and are there hotels near by? i may be going 4th of july week.

 

1500 acres, I know I doesn't sound that big especially compared to Glamis(77000 acres), But you can spend days their and still find new trails. Its very easy to get turned around ,But Impossible to get lost. The town of Waynoka is two miles away and have Homes and motels to rent(little sahara.com)and their is another small town 30 miles south with acouple motels and a larger town west 40 miles with numerous hotels. Their are also camping plots with electric and water and public showers and bathrooms in both camping areas.Goodluck.
