What ever happened to the new Polaris sport quad the polaris guys are supposed to be working on?Anybody heard anything recently?

 

Maybe they realized they are five years too late, and a thousand dollars too short.

 

At the rate they are going it will be lucky to be out this fall at the earliest. In typical Polaris fashion they will probably have a limited build also, which means you won't see many till next spring or summer of '03 at best.

My 400SS and SP50 are both for sale. The 400SS will handle the big dogs in a straight line race.

The heat of summer is when the cosmetic redo should be done and the quad should be out. Patience will be worth it. Keep the faith, d'em d'er boys up in da nort country are burnin' the lamp oil and eating lutafisk (sp?). In the mean time build up a HPD race-mod and tease the neighbors.

I just wish they would hurry up. I am sellin the ute for a sport machine and I want to see what they might be offering. And what price range it is in. Will they price it with the cannondales or with the rest of the sport machines. Right now it is looking like I will be getting a 400ex.

 

i have heard rumors that polaris is coming out with a sport quad this coming spring or fall. it is supposed to be a 700 twin cylinder, 6-speed transmission with a manual clutch. if this comes out soon it will be hot.

The new quad is 500cc, and as for the Honda guys.....try to keep up.
