Mine did that too. I think it was the shocks, or the rubber bushings in the front. It stopped a while ago. Do a search under wolverine, and you will see that many others had this problem.

I drive a 1999 Wolverine, and do some heavy mud riding on it. During the summer, we go riding every Saturday night. The next day I completely clean it with Castrol Degreaser. Make sure you wash all of it off. Then I spray all the metal parts down with STP silicon lubricant. I do not have any squeak problems.

The squeaking is probably coming from your front u joints. Take the driveshaft guard off and check the universal joints for play in them. The stock ones don't have a grease fitting in them so they don't last long.If you have to replace them make sure you buy aftermarket ones with a grease fitting in them. If you are unsure how to change them have someone do it that knows how.It can be real fun . If you screw up , the front yokes are real expensive.

My 99 Wolv does it to. I narrowed it down to the rubber bushings sweaking on the steal. Also if you just wash it the and then it sets for a will the brakes will get a surface rust on them and cause them to sweak. It should not be that big of a deal. Unless you can hear it when you are riding at high speed because I only hear mine sweak when I going at slow speeds. Engine noise also probably hides the noise.
