Can anyone tell me why, when you turn the ds hard right or left,
the spindle hits the lower a-arms? Is this normal or is there a fix? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

ok they will barely touch at full click but it will not cause a problem, as you've seen on the videos on my site me and Bailey don't mess around and would not be able to jump like we do without Knutz's arms.

Jeff here is a good link on how to make the adjustments on the front end of an ATV. The bad part is that it is on a Raptor .http://www.off-road.com/atv/projects...1/rickystator/

Clearance on them is extremely close, some touch and some don't. There is no way to tell untill they are installed. Those that do touch, do so in the slightest bit.

So far, I haven't heard of any reported problems from the contact. An early, prototype, version of these arms had more clearance, but didn't prove as strong as this design. The clearance was tightened up for the benifit of strength. It's not what was wanted in the design, but it was found to be the best design.

Jeff add 3 degrees caster and 1 degree camber. Measure your stock arms and go from there, if you need the approximate degree settings let me know.
