DS 650 vs DS 650 BAJA

Is there any major changes made in the ds650 btn 2000 and 2001 models. I really want one, but don't think I can afford a brand new one. there's a 2000 i can get for abut $5100.00. I have heard of problems with the steering stem, but is there anything else? thanks chris

I got a letter from Bombardier when I asked the same question Baja VS REg DS. The only performance difference between the Baja and the DS are it's tires and 1/4" offset on the rims. The Baja has a bunch of goodies but other than that they are the same. I know that there were alot of things that were fixed on the 2001 VS 2000 but alot of people have the 2000 and love em. I would go with either one.
