My pick for the go anywhere (land or water) ATV is........nope, not a max, but a hovercraft. Come on, these things would kill a max in the water and on land. Although in tight places it wouldn't work, and I'm not sure about mud, these things kill on water and desert. And you can get personal hovercraft. I don't know if they are considered ATV's but I think they should. What do you think?

Just my opinions...

They can't go over rocks. They pretty much can only go over smooth terrain.

I would think they could go over average size rocks...just not extreme ones.

Just my opinions...

If you mean the most "go anywhere" vehicle, a max is hard to beat. An atv and hovercraft are both a lot faster, but atv's can't go in water, and hovercrafts can't turn sharply and can not go over rocks (ripping a skirt is extremely costly)
