sale on fourtrax 300 ?
#1
I was interested in purchasing a fourtrax 300 a couple of months ago when I heard about the new ranchers. I waited for the ranchers to arrive and now that they have the dealer told me that Honda would probably lower the price on the 300's in order to get rid of them-maybe as a rebate or dealer incentive. He wouldn't say how much though. I will buy a rancher unless the price on the 300 is dropped enough. Has anyone else heard anything about this? Or should I just go ahead and get the rancher. The type of riding that I would be doing is around the property which has some pretty good hills and also to handle a sprayer in the fields. Thanks.

I have a Rancher ES 4x4 and I live it.It's good on the trails and good for climbing hills.I've had a 300 and I like the Rancher better.I don't know how the 4x2's are,but the 4x4 I have is pretty easy to steer.I know the Ranchers will replace the 300's so they probly will go down in price.I also like the electric shift on the Rancher. It's alot easier that the foot shifter.I'd ride both of them and see which one you like the best.I hoped I've helped you out some.

I was at the Honda dealer today, and he is selling the 300 for $4995 down from $5199. I want a Rancher also but the dealer says he won't have any in until mid dec. Seems they are selling like hot cakes around here. Later Bob.
