I am new to the forum and love it but I got a few questions about the old 86 honda 350 4wd, I can get a god deal on one in great shape what should I look for. Thanks in advance.

I mean what do I look for as for problem areas with these Quads, as to what might wear out first?

Make sure the Fuel pump still works. Other than that I think they are as bullet proof as a tank, and they ride like one.

TerryM, I would compare buying that quad to like buying say, a beat up 83 Toyota 4x4 for a hunting rig. It will do the job, but won't have the convieniences of the newer 4x4's.
