A-ARMS an bushing? for a 250x

ok guys I need your help once again,my 88-250 x ;either needs new a -arms or can I just put bushings in the ones I have? the tie rod ends seem worn out too /what can I do ?looks like they are part of the a-arm? thanks for your help,rick
