OMF makes makes the rings that Douglas uses, and they will sell you a set of Douglas wheels with rings installed for a good price. Talk to Leon, he is a really nice guy. They have ads in the back of the magazines, I don't have their contact info off hand though. I picked up 4 wheels, and new tires from them and was very happy with the service and product.
