My experience with Kawi customer service was poor also. when I get a quad for my wife I will probably get Honda or Yamaha. Is there service better?

 

Yeah, if you compare the Canadian and American sites its totally ridiculous.If you have an American bike you can run the serial # and get info on recalls and other stuff.
The Canadian site doesn't even have an e-mail addrres listed!!Its just a big sales brochure.It would be nice if they would a least TRY to be accessible.

 

No kiddin eh! If you go on the American Kawi website, you can get damn near anything you want for your quad. On the Canadian one, you can't get jack! Kawi Canada, get on the ball. We paid a lot of money for these bikes so you should have parts and accessories available on your site. The closest Kawi dealer to me is about 100km away, so it is a pain when a guy needs a new oil filter, or heaven forbid, some rear end oil(try finding that stuff). If you guys know of a website where I could order this stuff online, let me know. Royal Distributing is coming out with a new catalog in May, so I'm hoping they will have 650 stuff.
