For the last several months I have been running my rear shock on the softest compression setting, we were going to do some jumping the last time we were riding so I clicked it several turns in the stiffer direction but it made no difference. I clicked it all the way to the stiffest setting and it still is as soft as the softest setting. (the extension settings work fine) Where is the best place to send it to be fixxed, and any idea of cost and turnaround time?

TIA,

JPBRaptor

Talk to someone who rebuilds them like DeRisi. See if they think they can fix it.

Yamaha replaced mine at the dealers request (within 6 months of purchase) and then I sold it while it was still new in the wrapper and then I put the money towards an Elka. Not sure if this is an option for you.
