set rev limiter exactly to the balancing point for precise and easy wheelies?

Is it possible to set the rev limiter to the exact balancing point in 1st 2nd or 3rd gear on the raptor? just push the thorottle all the way and it will stay there easily with some body language.
I think it can be done... but how come on my dirtbike i can reach full rpm with only 1/4 of the thorottle applied? wtf lol. but even when im at full rpm but only giving it 1/4 thorottle, and i punch it full, itll keep revving, BUT HOW? it practicly has no rpms left!
weird bike...

Sorry but Rev Limiter and Wheelies have nothing in common. You can loop a bike at 1/4 throttle or full throttle makes no difference. If you had a mercury switch that would cut the ignition at say 45 degrees of angle then that would work.

A rev limiter would only further complicate your wheelying skills.
If a limiter kicked in, it would shut off the power, and therefore causing your quad to fall back down.
Just practice more with the throttle.
