Raptor jetting w/pipe & airbox mod
#1
I have a buddy that is wondering what size main jets to use with his White Bros. E-Series pipe. He also has cut a big portion of the lid off the way they did in Dirt Wheels. They used a 160/165 main jets with only the airbox mod and no pipe. I was wondering what size main jets he should use with the pipe and airbox mod. We are around 3000 ft. elevation. He wants to use 170/175 main jets but the dealer thinks that it's gonna run too fat. What are some of your opinions on this? He would really like to know. All replys will be greatly appreciated.

I have installed the 170 175 jets on my raptor. I completly removed the airbox lid and installed two pod uni filters in place of stock. Turned air screws out 1 1/2 turns from stock. The bike rips from low end to top. I still have the stock pipe on without baffle. Think I,m going to change but don't wont all the noise. I've checked the plug on top end and its perfect. On bottom end I'm going to have to richen up a little. Either airscrews back in some or maybe move my clips. Anyway its a trial and error. Oh yeah riding at 3200 feet.
