Edge020, Opinions is what forums are all about, But I think you may have gotten the wrong impression. Their is a reason that Bombardier has a FULL year warranty, and not a 6-month. It is because they do make a GREAT quad, and I'll bet you can ask every owner of Yamaha's,Honda's,Suzuki's,C'dale,etc...What is a good point about Bombardier Quads? and they will say : Reliablilty, if nothing else. I cannot comment on Customer service first hand, Becuase I have never needed it. But, in every manufacturer there are Lemons sold and if you read posts from some unlucky guy that was a victim as such, I can see why you might get a bad impression.

P.S. If the DS appeals to you, Give it a try, I'll bet you'll LOVE it.

Biggerisbetter.

My guess is that he is looking at utility quads. Not a DS.

I can tell you first hand after being in a Polaris family. My brother now has a Raptor after having a Scrambler 400. The Scrambler was a far more reliable machine than his Raptor has been. I am not saying all, I am saying in his case. The 400 was fast actualy and maybe even faster top end as well but certainly didn't get there as fast, nor was the suspension even close as far as jumps go, but very pleasant to ride. Now my point. MY DS has been more reliable than them both by far, in fact I have never had a problem with it. It has outstanding performance in all aspects but has a few things that could be better, but are very minore in comparison. The problem with these forums is that someone will most likely post a problem long before they post anything about how well they like them and how they have had no problems with them. I didn't even start to look for the forums until I wanted to start to modify it. IMHO
